Great college town with lots of availability to shop, attend sporting events. Wide variety of great restaurants. Easy access in to to and well laid out. Two great hospitals. Friendly people and reasonably clean for a university town. Excellent Italian testauranta, steak restaurants, seafood restaurants, but also provided a variety of burger,chicken, Mexican, and other good ethnic food.

I liked the convenience to everything.
I liked the convenience to everything. I went to a spa Tonique's triology and had a great massage and ended up having a curly girl haircut and color, both were excellent!!!!
I went to eat at Suncrest Towne Centre at Crab Shack Caribba and had the cajun seafood pasta, which was great! I also ate at Taziki's and had the hummus and pita (soft) and salmon and rice which was delicious! Also ate a soul food restaurant, which was good but parking was difficult.

You better enjoy college students if visiting Morgantown when school is in session. Lots of things to do. Good food. I used to live there (as an adult) and knew a good bit about it. Lots of shopping, beautiful countryside, lots of interesting buildings. I tried Fresh Mint, a restaurant downtown by the County Court building and the post office. Great Indian food. Morgantown is easy to navigate but rush hours are a real pain.

The Ice machine did not work in our building, the vending machine room was locked. The room did not have a trash can and tissues in the bathroom. There was only enough towels for one person, when we went to get more the office only had 2 small ones. The room was not cleaned and was supposed to have been. Therefore, no clean towels. When I sat on the bed, something broke underneath it. When I went to complain the morning we were leaving, the office was locked even though the hours said it was suppose to be open. Never again will we stay. It looked like it was condemned by the looks of the outside.

My trip was for medical reasons.
My trip was for medical reasons. It was very close to the hospital and convenient. If you are looking for a pleasant place to stay that is easily accessible to other places in Morgantown, this is an excellent choice. Most of my travels to the area have been medical. Morgantown is a fascinating place to visit with many sights to see.

Most of the time we are in Morgantown going to the University Hospital
Morgantown is spread out over a large area, probably best known for the WVU Football team, The Mountaineers. The Hospital is one of the major medical facilities in the Tri-State area. Ruby Memorial. Many Restaurants and shopping facilities are also spread out over a very large area. Make sure you have your GPS and save a lot of time if you are not from the area. You can get lost in Ruby Memorial Hospital also but the staff is very helpful.
The staff is friendly and attentive. The lot, lobby, hallways, and room are all clean, and also modern and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, and the TV and Wi-Fi function without issue.
The location for getting to the Coliseum, Performing Arts Center, or Mountaineer Field is good, if that's what you are in town for. It's also close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping.
Considering the price for a room, the quality of the space, and the location, this is the best deal in Morgantown.
I'm on the road every month for my work, and I stay in a lot of different hotels. We were at this location for three nights.
* We paid to upgrade to the one-bedroom suite, which was so worth it. The room layout made sense.
* I worked one day from the room, and the WiFi was very good and easy to access - highest marks.
* Great kitchenette.
* I really liked the room location!
* The room HVAC was efficient.
Breakfast = N/A
As expected, little town hotels are cheap and Wonderfull. We've got a room, which was comparable to a one bedroom apartment. There was a side room with TV / Sofa, a microwave / sync, and a sleeping "room" with another TV. Breakfast was also good.
CHECKING WAS VERY QUICK AND GUY AT FRONTDEST SUPER NICE AND FRIENDLY. LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO MY WORK AND ROOM WERE CLEAN AND BIGGER SIZE. MATRESS WERE VERY CONFIRTABLE. WE WILL BE COME TO SUPER8 MORGANTOWN WHENEVER WE COME THIS SIDE.
The price of our stay was less than hotels we stayed at previously which had standards much less than our stay with you. Rooms were clean and quiet staff treated us like family and the breakfast was a bonus
This is the only hotel we will stay at when we visit Morgantown! Clean, friendly, great rates! The staff is always so kind and the rooms are always spotless and kept in great condition!!
